TRAINING SCHEDULE

STARTING FORM 12 APRIL2010.
(separate training)

BOYS:

EVERY MONDAY
5:30PM TO 8.30PM
THOSE WHO WILL LATE PLS INFORM MELVIN.

GIRLS:
EVERY THURSDAY
5:30PM TO 8.30PM
THOSE WHO WILL LATE PLS INFORM BI HONG.

THERE WILL BE FITNESS TRAINING ON MONDAY(GALS) & THURSDAY(GUYS) AS WELL.(THOSE WHO CANNOT MAKE IT, PLS INFORM 1 OF US, WE WILL GIVE YOU A SELF TRAINING PROGRAM.)

FOR THOSE WHO THINK THIS IS NOT IMPORTANT,
MEANING U ARE NOT GOING TO LET YOURSELF TO IMPROVE.
GO AHEAD & SLACK.
